Test Drive results

I took this scooter for a test drive yesterday and here is what I found:
1) Once the battery was connected it started on the first kick. The electric start did not seem to work. The Engine Choker is part of the 3 key alarm key chain. So holding break with the left arm, pressing on the Start button on the key chain and kicking the kick start - started the scooter right away.
2) The engine is incredibly quite. Almost surprisingly so.
3) I took it for a spin and it went well except I could not rev'd it up. It only worked on about 30% of exceleration turn (right handle). Any more and the engine seemed to get overflown with gas. I am not sure what causes it but that's for an engine handyman to figure out.
4) I put all the missing screws back on so there is not much "body work" left except 2 missing plastic plates (battery cover) I put it a rubber mat on the floor of the scooter so the missing battery cover is not an immediate concern.
Scooter looks great, starts right way and runs. Needs engine tune up. Good Luck!
