Warranty Information
All Gas Powered Vehicles sold on this website come with our Extended Warranty, which starts the date you receive your product. Our warranty covers manufacturer defective parts only, not labor. If you have a part that is defective when you receive the unit or fails due to manufacturer defect within the warranty time frame, then don’t worry, we will make it right by sending you out a replacement part at no charge, you are just responsible for a modest $15 shipping and handling fee.
We do offer live tech support over the phone or by email to help you with any questions from first time start up, to warranty claims or questions and beyond. Once you're a customer, you're always a customer. It's just that simple!!
Legal disclaimer we have to put in. It's a little long but very important so please read over carefully.

To claim a part under warranty, the defective part must be shipped back to us. Once the part is received, we will ship out the replacement part. This is necessary to ensure the correct replacement part will be sent and also allows us to send the defective part back to the factory for continued product development.
Limitation of Warranty
- The following parts and conditions are excluded by the warranty:
- Labor costs to replace parts, shipping cost for return of defective parts or shipment of replacement parts.
- Normal maintenance operations such as engine tune-up, de-carbonizing, carburetor cleaning, wheels, brakes and clutch adjustments, as well as any other normal adjustments.
- Normal service wear and tear items (i.e.) brake shoes, shims/fasteners, drive chain, sprockets, clutch plates, race bearing kit, gaskets, rubber parts or plastic components, wheel rims, element air cleaner, oil filter and electrical items like bulbs, remote start/alarm systems and hoses.
- If recommended engine oil/lubricants are not uses or they are not replaced at the recommended intervals or before first use.
- Problems from lack of professional assembly, lack of scheduled maintenance, or consumer abuse
- Any and all modifications to the vehicle will void the warranty. (Unless otherwise told by one of our techs)
- Premature wear of Engine parts such as cylinder, piston, valves and bearings due to adulteration or petrol/fuel.
- Parts of the vehicle getting rusted or their plating or painting coming off due to atmospheric condition like sea breeze and industrial pollutions.
- Vehicle used for any competition, rallies, races. If it is used for any commercial purposes like renting, hiring, etc. Suburban Motor Sports undertakes no liability in the matter of any consequential loss or damage caused due to failure of the parts.
- Parts of the vehicle have been subjected to misuse, accident, and neglective treatment.
- Consumables like engine oil, TFF oil, grease, used for the warranty repair are not covered under the application of the warranty.
Shipping Damage: If you discover shipping damage to your unit, you must report the damage within 2 business days of receipt of the item. If damage is extensive enough to notice before the box is opened, note this on the carrier's delivery receipt before you sign it. If at all possible, take digital pictures of the damage while the unit is still in the box.
- Minor cosmetic damage due to shipping (i.e. small cosmetic scratches on plastic) are not covered under our warranty and is not grounds for a return.
