Return Policy

We know you will love your new Suburban Motor Sports scooter/ebike. We also want you to be completely satisfied. Before you purchase a Scooter or e-bike, make sure you have read, agree to and understand our Terms & Conditions. You will be asked to confirm and consent to these conditions at checkout.

If you need to return your scooter/ebike you must contact us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your return. No returns will be accepted without speaking to a Support Specialist and obtaining a valid RMA number. We will not accept a refused delivery, COD or Freight Collect. Returns must be sent Freight Prepaid. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping fees, to and from, for all returns are the customers responsibility. Returns must be sent by traceable method. Suburban Motor Sports is not responsible for shipments lost during return process. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The scooter must be in its original shipping packaging, not modified or altered, not fueled, not used and in sellable condition; you will be required to submit photographs of the scooter prior to return. Any missing packing materials, manuals or parts will be deducted from your refund amount. Scooters that have been titled, tagged, licensed or registered will not be accepted for return. Defective scooters or parts will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty.

You must contact us by phone or email to initiate the return process. Once initiated, our Support Specialist will contact you directly by phone to provide you with a RMA number and additional information for the return. Not sure if you qualify for a return? 

Once you obtain your RMA number, submitted documentation and photographs of the scooter we will arrange the pre-paid freight pick up. Returns must be received within 5 days of receiving RMA number. You will be responsible for original and return shipping fees plus a 25% restocking fee. The refund amount will be the original purchase price of the scooter less the 25% restocking fee and less shipping fees (original and return) to and from delivery destinations. Once we receive and inspect the scooter we will confirm and process the return. Please allow 7 business days once return is received for funds to be applied and refunded.

Any Chargeback attempts in lieu of a proper return will be subject to a 35% processing fee plus all shipping costs. Chargeback attempts will be considered fraudulent activity and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All costs incurred including but not limited to investigation fees, arbitration, collection, interest, merchant fees, penalties and legal expenses will be the buyer's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Suburban Motor Sports will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our products, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.
In no event shall Suburban Motor Sports or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on www.suburbanmotorsports.com site, even if Suburban Motor Sports or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Waiver of Liability

WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY FOR INVOLVMENT IN RIDING A MOTORIZED GAS POWERED STREET LEGAL SCOOTER

I, the customer, HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge, Suburban Motor Sports (www.suburbanmotorsports.com) and its agents, employees, officers, directors, suppliers, affiliates, successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation in any of the events or activities conducted by, of, or for the benefit of, riding a street legal motorized gas powered scooter.

I understand that the activities that I will participate in such as riding scooters are inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, spouse, and next of kin, I waive all claims for damages, injuries and death sustained to me or my property that I may have against the aforementioned released party to such activity.

I AM AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES ARE HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES AND THAT I COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED, AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.

I assume full responsibility for local and state laws regarding on-road regulations for riding a motorized scooter and understand no refunds or returns will be accepted due to negligence or disregard of local motor vehicle requirements such as, but not limited to, Safety Requirements, Title and Registration or state laws that prohibit such use of these types of vehicles. It is my responsibility to inform PeaceScooters.us of any special requirements needed such as but not limited to notary, bill of sale or other necessary documents pertinent for state or county registration. By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with riding a street legal gas powered motor scooter, including but not limited to on road riding activities and/or engaging in any other related activities.

I have read, understand and fully agree to the terms of this WAIVER AND RELEASE. I understand and confirm that by my consent to this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future legal rights. I agree that peacescooters.us has informed me of any and all information regarding the purchase of a Peace Scooter and I have been given the opportunity to ask all questions regarding this and all other legal binding agreements provided. I have consented to this Agreement and all other Peace Scooter Terms and Policies freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to me. My consent is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law. I am 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver. This agreement is legally binding and will continue full force and effect in any state or federal court of law.
